Long day.....

So it's 12:40 AM and I've been at it for over 12 hours today. Lots to do in this music biz especially as an Independent Artist. Happy to report that "Stomp Kick" was played on Torta Music which is a live mix, live feed online radio show. I'm also happy to report our official website www.dynamitejive.com has gotten a complete revamp. There is other news but I'm not able to report that yet. ; ) I can say though after reading through all the positive feedback & support we've gotten from DJ's for this single, I am feeling really blessed and happy.

There has been a lot of going back and forth about what success is and if it's taking too long, and whether or not we're on the right track. We're artists! Even if it's something seemingly simple, we put our hearts into it with the intention of bringing you joy and of course, we desire success. Does anyone enter anything with the intention to fail?

For the longest time, I have gone back and forth between wanting to express my true feelings and being told I should put up an appearance. Quite frankly, I'm going to do me. I get it. As a Recording Artist I'm here to entertain you and I promise I will. But I also believe that letting you know I'm working hard at it and taking you with me on the ups and downs of this journey is something that would interest you too. Because let's face it. We're all working our butts off for something. The last thing I want to do is pretend that the good things that do come to us come by magic. So cheers. Cheers to you and me, cheers to Dynamite Jive.
